Notes during transition to full JEP

From January 2021 for FIVE years
  • If you have passed a breed specific seminar (with certificate as proof) pre Breed Appreciation Days you will not have to do another multiple choice examination.
  • If you are currently on the B List you can register at JEP Level 2 BUT you still have to meet ALL criteria for Level 1 before you can accept any further judging appointments.
  • Judges must meet all criteria for Level 2 before they can be commence being mentored.

From 01 January 2019 the Kennel Club introduced a new system known as the Judges' Education Programme (Breed Shows) which runs alongside the current system for a transition period.
