We had a very good day. The sun was out, and we had a couple of Level 4 passes, which is great. Everyone was willing to help out and do whatever they were asked, so it was a good day all round.

It was a beautiful day on Mersea Island, with ideal conditions for the NC tests. We had eight entries, of which six passed. The most common reason for losing points was due to tight leads. One very nervous dog went on to pass with an excellent performance in the haul. Congratulations to all who entered and passed. The two who didn't make it today only need a little more practice to achieve their goal.  Thanks to everyone who helped to host the event and make it all possible.

Firstly, thank you to the Newfoundland Club for inviting us to judge at this event, and to the SEWN Working Club for looking after us. 
It was a lovely venue. The weather was great and the entrants were lovely.
We had three entries in Level 4, sadly one of which did not pass the control section.
The two dogs that passed the control went on to make the manoeuvre look simple.
