* Jo Dukes-McEwan is currently
working full time on the genetics of Newfoundland dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM),
a project fully funded by The British heart Foundation, and does not spend
time on the routine cardiology clinics at present. She would be keen to hear
from owners or breeders who are concerned about DCM in their dog(s),
particularly if they can take part in the genetic study. For routine screening
of breeding stock, please consult one of her colleagues at Edinburgh.
